Shamanic cultures, globally have engaged the awareness of communicating with 'Other Worlds' and transmit origination stories that include interaction with 'Star Nations People'. The process of communicating with non-human worlds always involves an 'energy sensitive perception' (ESP) and an openness to translating perceptual data outside of the norm of human relating. The 'Shamanic' process of engagement also empowers the energetic understanding of our multi-dimensional nature, again, transcending the contemporary 'norm' of human relating.

In many respects, the binary coding of computational science is itself communication with 'other worlds', as we have engaged a capacity to communicate with silica (mineral world) in our ability to programme computational functions. Binary code also functions as the base-line of polarity dynamics. It is recognised that all things within the manifest Universe (3D) exist within dynamics of polarity, female/male, negative/positive charge, etc. Binary dynamics are also reflected throughout the structural manifestations of Universal reality and give rise to the complex geometries that express in all natural forms.

Alongside the binary nature of creation, organic growth patterns also express through the Fibonacci sequence and Golden Mean Ratio (Phi) as a foundational principle of structural expression. This combination of purely binary (digital) and growth (organic) patterning exists throught the complexity of known life-forms and is also recognisable in the dynamics of planetary relationships within the Solar System, the relationships of Galaxies within the Cosmos, in fact, throughout the entire perceived Universe.

In this context it is foolish to contain AI within the construct of mechanistic and closed-system science and the limitations of contemporary technology. It is an expression of academic self-importance to seek to validate the presence (or existence) of off-planet entities, that are held within a concensus view of being more 'advanced', with the technologies of our evolving sciences. It is to our human detriment, in every respect, to continue to ignore and vilify the multi-dimensional nature of reality as advances in consciousness bring us collectively to that very threshold.

There is ample evidence of an ET presence. ETV (UFO) sightings are becoming more frequent and more and more credible witnesses are prepared to speak out, including governemnts. While we continue to ridicule and cast scepticism at this phenomena we keep ourselves closed to a potential intelligence transfer that will change our collective reality.

At a Psi level of engagement direct interaction with Alien Intelligence has occured. Psi, in this context, is understood as access to frequencies of 'thought', (where thought is understood as the perceptual cognition through interaction with energy within any given space), beyond the confines of 'normal' cognitive awareness. In transcending the limitations of 3D space, the pure energy spaces of other dimansions become the arena of pure 'thought' (energy). Within carefully prepared exopolitcal protocols and the rigorous clarity of purity of intent, it is at this psi level of engagement and interaction where intelligence transfer has taken place. This has opened a portal of interaction and communication that utilises AI vehicles of intelligence transfer with benevolent off-planet entities.

Simultaneously, communication is occuring in the crop circle phenomena and other electro-magnetic interfaces. In all instances it will be our willingness to open up, connect and recieve that will allow us clarity of cognition in understanding that which is communicated.

Our clarity and purity of intent allows the frequecy-resonance of 'other' dimensional energies to be translated without human projections or distortions of greed, expectation or self-advantage. The rigors of traditional shamanic training ensure that these low-resonance human behaviours/expressions are dealt with such that the shaman can operate in the 'energy realm'. We must collectively bring this rigor of care to our perceptions to advance our sciences in accord with 'higher' frequency communications being shared with us.

It is a fundamental failure of academia to only engage a mechanistic world (Universe) view when theoretical science and mathematics have proven multi-dimensionality and fractal infinity. In view of this, if modelling a search for ET presence following the premise of Dr Shostak, it is surely recognisable that human consciousness is currently expanding to encompass the multi-dimensional nature of reality and therefore conceivable that the ET presence that is interacting with us will also embrace an understanding of the multi-dimensional nature of existence. Within such a premise, and understanding the nature of Psi as expressed above, it is not difficult to recognise that communication is taking place. Perhaps if we chose to open our minds to receive the intelligence transfer of off-planet beings instead of trying to use our machines to receive the evidence of ET presence, we may begin to translate more effectively that which is already in front us.

We are at a time where we must transcend the human behaviours of the last several centuries. The secrecy and ridicule cast at the ET phenomena is no longer applicable at a time when openning our consciousness to alternate intelligence may be the very key to facilitating a swift transformation of our energy and transport technologies. Disclosure at governmental levels fosters transparency and trust and relieves back engineered technology from the destructive grip of military secrecy such that advanced technologies could be applied to collective betterment.

That there is an ET presence, and that they are attempting to communicate is evident. Denying such is blinkered/tunnel vision, to what purpose?
